ROGER WATERS, DAVID GILMOUR COMFORTABLY NUMB @ O2 LONDON 12 MAY 2011

The surviving members of Pink Floyd reunited onstage May 12, 2011 at London's 02 Arena during a stop on Roger Waters' Wall tour - marking only the second time that Nick Mason, David Gilmour and Waters had played together in the last 30 years. Waters and Gilmour performed "Comfortably Numb" as the crowd at the arena went absolutely insane, and during the finale of "Outside the Wall," Gilmour returned to the stage alongside Mason, who played a tambourine.

X-Ray Spex - Oh Bondage! Up Yours!

X-Ray Spex were an English punk band from London that formed in 1976.

During their first incarnation (1976–79), X-Ray Spex were “deliberate underachievers” and only managed to release five singles plus one album. Nevertheless, their first single, "Oh Bondage, Up Yours!", is now acknowledged as a classic punk rock single and the album, Germ Free Adolescents, is widely acclaimed as a classic album of the punk rock genre.

“X-Ray Spex were a wonderful, shambling, musical mess of rebellion, fashion and fun. Main muse Poly Styrene danced, yelped, screamed and sang over the joyful noise belted out by her punchy buzzsaw’n’biscuit-tin band while fighting off Laura Logic’s sax honks from stage left – all with a smile of pure glee.

sadly, Poly Styrene died of spinal and breast cancer on 25 April 2011.
